Returns

We hope you love the dog harness or other items you purchased at Furbee Pets!  However, if you feel like it's just not what you want, we will return or exchange items within 60 days of purchase.  The item must be "like new" to be eligible for return or exchange.  The conditions for returns and exchanges are mentioned below.  Email info@furbeepets.com for questions about returns or to begin a return.  

Things to remember:

Try it On - Try the harness on your dog to make sure you have chosen the perfect size. Adjust the chest and belly straps to give your pup a custom fit.  Observe your dog moving in the harness and check the fit before you remove the tag.

Don't Remove the Tag - The original Furbee Pets hang tag must be on the item to be eligible for return or exchange.

Keep it Like New - Make sure the item is clean and free of any dog hair.  Items that have been chewed or damaged by your fur baby are not eligible for return or exchange.  Laundered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Take Care Opening the Package - Items that are cut or damaged while opening the shipping package are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Exchanges

Eligible exchanges are free!  Email info@furbeepets.com to receive your prepaid return label and further instructions.

 

Returns

Returns may be credited back to the original payment method.  A $5.95 shipping fee will be deducted from the return amount.  This amount pays for the prepaid shipping label back to Furbee Pets.  Once received, the item will be inspected and if it eligible, the refund will be processed.  Email info@furbeepets.com for instructions.
